• Nighttime hours, cutting back on fluid during the evening or in the few hours before you go to bed.

• General exercise helps a person to keep healthy in a variety of ways, including maintaining continence.

• Have an easy access to the bathroom. You should wear clothing that easy to remove with elastic waistbands. The pathway to go toilet is free from clutter so avoid an accident when you in a hurry.
